Terms and Conditions
Effective date: 12 October 2026
1. Who publishes this site
idleformat.online is published by Montej group and compani s.r.o., Opletalova 1566/30, Nové Město, 110 00 Praha 1, Czech Republic, company registration 29412285, contactable at info@idleformat.online. Reading the site means accepting these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. What the site is
It is an informational workbook: five step pages about starting a free-to-play PC game, with checklists. It is general information published for readers in Australia. It is not professional advice of any kind — not legal, financial, consumer, technical or security advice — and it is not tailored to your circumstances. Nothing here creates a professional relationship between you and the publisher.
The course is also not accredited training. Nobody is registered as a student, nothing is assessed, no record of your progress exists, and no certificate, qualification or credential is issued or implied. There is no account to create on this site and nothing to buy from us.
3. Product information changes
Details about any product mentioned in the course — system requirements, supported platforms, prices, in-game items, available content and classification — are set by their own publishers and change without notice. Statements here about World of Warships are limited to what the affiliate network operating the link has told us, and may be out of date by the time you read them. Always check the vendor's own current material before acting, and check the Australian Classification Board database for classification.
4. Links to other sites
The course links to third-party websites, including Australian government bodies and the website of the product described in it. Those sites are not under the publisher's control. We are not responsible for their content, their availability, their accuracy or their handling of your data, and a link is not an endorsement of anything beyond the description given beside it. Some outbound links are paid affiliate links, explained in full on the Affiliate Disclosure page.
5. Content and copyright
The text, stylesheet, script and inline illustrations are the property of Montej group and compani s.r.o. You are welcome to read the course and print the checklists for your own use, including in a household or classroom. Republishing substantial parts elsewhere requires permission. Brand names referred to in the course remain the property of their owners.
6. Acceptable use
Please do not attempt to interfere with the site, overload the server, or use automated means to copy it wholesale. There is nothing here to break into — no accounts, no database and no stored submissions — but the request stands.
7. Liability
The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law permits, Montej group and compani s.r.o. is not liable for loss or damage arising from your use of the course, from reliance on general information in it, or from anything on a site it links to.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that applies to you. Where a consumer guarantee applies and cannot be excluded, our liability is limited, to the extent the law allows, to supplying the information again. If you are a consumer in Australia, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law stand regardless of anything written here, and the ACCC publishes guidance on what those rights are.
8. Changes to these terms
These terms may be revised. The effective date at the top changes when they are, and the current version is always the one published at this address.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic, where Montej group and compani s.r.o. is established, and the Czech courts have jurisdiction. That choice does not displace any mandatory consumer protection you are entitled to under the law of the country where you live, including the Australian Consumer Law if you are in Australia, and it does not prevent you from bringing a matter before a regulator or court that would otherwise have jurisdiction.
10. Contact
Questions about these terms: info@idleformat.online, or Montej group and compani s.r.o., Opletalova 1566/30, Nové Město, 110 00 Praha 1, Czech Republic.
