There is no contact form on this site, and there will not be one. Email is the only channel, and the address below goes to a mailbox read by people working for the publisher.
Messages are usually answered within a few working days. For a privacy request — access to, or correction of, personal information — put Privacy request in the subject line, and a reply will follow within 30 days as described in the Privacy Policy. There is no charge for making such a request.

What this mailbox can help with
- Corrections. Something on a step page that is wrong, out of date or confusing. Name the page and quote the sentence, and it will be looked at.
- Questions about how the site is funded. The Affiliate Disclosure page covers the arrangement, but if something there is unclear, ask.
- Privacy and data requests. Access, correction, or a complaint about how an email was handled.
- Legal and administrative correspondence concerning the site or its publisher.
What it cannot help with
This is not a support desk for any game, and nobody here can act on a game account. Questions about a password, a purchase, a suspended account, a refund or a technical fault belong to that game's own publisher, which holds the account and the records. We have no access to any of it and no relationship with any game publisher beyond the affiliate arrangement described on the funding page.
Similarly, nothing sent to this address can be treated as legal, financial or security advice given to you. The Terms and Conditions set out what this site is, and the short version is that it is an informational workbook.
What happens to your message
The email is received by the publisher's email service provider and read by people working for Montej group and compani s.r.o. It is kept for 24 months after the last message in the conversation, unless it is needed for a legal claim, and then deleted. Anything you send that is not needed to answer you is deleted when it is lawful and reasonable to do so. Nothing from the mailbox is added to a mailing list, because there is no mailing list, and nothing is passed to any third party for marketing. The full detail is in the Privacy Policy.
You do not have to give your real name to ask a general question; a pseudonymous address is fine. An access or correction request is the exception, because we have to be reasonably satisfied who is asking before we answer it.
